End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and TechnikDoc GmbH("Provider") for the use of the web app ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software.

2. Grant of License

TechnikDoc GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • sell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or any part thereof;
  • use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws;
  • circumvent the security mechanisms of the Software or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or associated networks.

4. Ownership

The Software and all associated rights remain the property of TechnikDoc GmbH. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and Modifications

TechnikDoc GmbH may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Software. These are subject to the terms of this EULA unless otherwise specified.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. TechnikDoc GmbH expressly disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TechnikDoc GmbH be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if TechnikDoc GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Term and Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or TechnikDoc GmbH. You may terminate this EULA at any time by ceasing to use the Software. TechnikDoc GmbH may terminate this EULA if you violate any terms herein. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies.

9. Privacy

The use of the Software is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the EULA

TechnikDoc GmbH reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. The current terms are available on our website. Your continued use of the Software after changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA, as far as legally permissible, is Potsdam.
